Ever lost your car in a mall parking lot? MyChevrolet includes a GPS-enabled map and a feature that lets you add a note or photo with details or where you parked your car. There's a timer, so you can track how much time you have on the parking meter.
If you get back to your car but there's a problem, you can use the app to request roadside assistance or to locate the closest Chevrolet dealership and schedule a service appointment.
Drivers can access vehicle-specific information after scanning the vehicle identification number (VIN) using the smartphone camera. This features shows frequently accessed parts of the owner's manual, such as directions saving radio presets. The app also provides explanations of warning lights and indicators on the vehicle instrument panel.
With myChevrolet and OnStar MyLink, you can unlock or lock doors and start the engine. You can also check fuel tank level and range, remaining oil life, current and recommended tire pressure and lifetime average miles per gallon. The diagnostic information is current as of the last vehicle start, giving you an up-to-date health report of your vehicle.
