Find out which Android phone is right for you
Not sure what kind of Android phone you should buy? Google has created a new tool for helping you pick the right one.
The selection of Android phones is continuing to grow, which may result in too many choices when it's time for a new device. If you're not sure where to start when picking a new phone, Google has built a beautiful Web tool that will guide you through the selection process.
The website starts by asking which activities you need the phone to do. After selecting a category, you'll see a follow-up question. For instance, if you choose Taking photos, the tool will ask how often you take them (Not sure, 5 per week, 20 per week, over 40 per week). Some activities will have more than one follow-up question.
Once you've picked enough criteria, a Show me phones button will appear. In this area, you can further narrow down your selection by carrier, size, price and latest (how recent the models were released). The specifications are listed below each device, and there's a small X button next to each device image that lets you exclude it from the results. Hopefully, you'll be presented with some of the devices that made CNET's best Android phones of 2015 list.
