Out here at the 2010 Geneva Motor Show, the world's gone utterly mental. Up is down, right is left, and as you'll see in this video, Ferrari has made a hybrid car.

It's based on the Ferrari 599 and sports that car's brutal 611bhp, 6-litre V12 engine. In addition, though, Ferrari's squezed in a lithium-ion battery pack and couple of electric motors, plus a KERS-style turbo button that can adds extra horsepower by way of an electric motor and a lithium-ion battery pack.

The concept is pretty bonkers, but as you'll discover, Ferrari's pretty serious about bringing this, or something very much like it to market. Hit the play button on the video player above to get the full scoop.
