Online talk radio site eYada.com said it will cease operations because of a drought in advertising dollars and investment capital. The site, which featured interviews with celebrities and topic-oriented discussions, launched in 1999 at the height of the Internet boom. But events over the past year have drastically reduced its ability to remain afloat. Nevertheless, the site continued to grow in popularity, reaching 400,000 to 450,000 streams a week, according to a company spokeswoman.
