Epson print drivers: GraphicConverter conflict

A reader reports that GraphicConverter 4.05 or 4.06 cannot print on an Epson because the application hangs when the print dialog appears. Matthias Hebsacker writes: "According to Thorsten Lemke, the developer of GraphicConverter, there seems to be a bug in the Epson driver that customized print dialogs don't work anymore with carbonized applications. It seems that Epson will have to fix this."

Update: This issue apparently extends beyond Epson printers. Allen Wasserman writes: "I have the same behavior with a Lexmark Z52 printer ."
