EA Games will offer 20 exclusive mobile gaming titles for free to Nokia Windows Phone owners, as well as developing 40 free titles for Nokia's Symbian S40 platform.

For Windows Phone, the games include 10 EA-branded titles, including Madden 12 NFL, FIFA 12, NBA JAM and the Australian-developed Real Racing. The other 10 games will come from EA's independent distribution label Chillingo. Nokia customers will also get access to Hasbro game titles Yahtze, Risk, Monopoly and Connect 4.

There's no indication at this stage whether some or all of these games will be Xbox Live compatible, with achievements to add to a player's total Xbox Gamer score.

The Sesame Street Workshop will also collaborate with Nokia on five new apps for Windows Phone. Nokia's developer blog didn't give details as to what the apps might be, or what they will do, but quoted Sesame Street's senior vice president Terry Fitzpatrick as saying, "[We] have the potential to connect with kids in new and surprising ways that we've only just begun to consider."

Nokia's Developer Blog indicates that the partnership with Sesame Street should begin to deliver apps in early 2012, perhaps coinciding with when we expect Nokia's first Windows Phone handsets, the Lumia 800 and 710, to arrive on Australian shores.
