Dymo LabelWriter follow-up

A fix for Dymo LabelWriter on the way! Following up on our recent coverage of LabelWriter printer problems, Jonathan Fletcher writes: "I have been informed by Dymo (after nearly three hours on hold) that there will be a new Mac software package available on their site sometime next week. I was given access to the new software and can attest to its ability to actually print labels! Such a thrill, after having the LabelWriter sitting in my office for a month already." Dymo also said that some users who installed the USB Fix released earlier this month were still not able to get the LabelWriters to print. In addition to the new version of Dymo Label Software (vers 5?), they will release another new version of the USB fix. As an aside, evidently the version 4 (June 99) archive of the Dymo Label Software on the site was corrupted, but the program included with the Mac version of the LabelWriter worked as it should. The phone number for tech support listed in the USB fix installer is also wrong. The one on the Dymo Label Software and on their Web site is correct."
