Dragonborn will be the third piece of add-on content for the popular RPG Skyrim. The trailer — and let's face it, the name too — suggests that Dragonborn will take Skyrim somewhat back to its original themes: dragons.

While Dawnguard gave us vampires and crossbows and Hearthfire gave us... home renovation and adoption (no, seriously), they didn't exactly open up the original storyline that had helped make Skyrim such a critical success.

Dragonborn however, brings back the mythology of the Dragon Priests, adds another individual carrying the blood of dragons into the mix (the eponymous Dragonborn, we assume) and — looking at the trailer — may actually add dragon mounts for the player to ride.

Anyway, the trailer is below, and you'll be able to purchase it for — gulp — 1600 Microsoft Points on 4 December. No word from Bethesda on the PC version yet.
