We've all been there -- out and about and fast losing gadget power without an easily accessible charging solution. This week's prize is here to rescue you and your gear from powerlessness.

Powerocks

The Powerocks Magicstick is a compact, lightweight 2,800mAh battery that you can put in a pocket or toss in a purse or backpack. A single USB port and included Micro-USB-to-USB cable let you easily charge a variety of devices -- smartphones, e-readers, cameras, and more.

The little aluminum Magicstick provides up to two full charges before it needs a recharge itself. It measures 3.6 inches long and weighs just a little over a quarter of a pound. It comes in a bunch of colors, too, and you'll get to choose which ones you'd like. Yep, I said "ones." This week's winner gets two Magicsticks.

So what do you have to do to get two of these little chargers totally free of charge? There are a few rules, so please read carefully.
