Connectix victorious in Sony lawsuit regarding CVGS

Connectix is once again free to develop, market and ship its popular Connectix Virtual Game Station software! Sony had sought to suspend sales of the PlayStation emulator, claiming copyright infringement. However, Connectix won its appeal on this matter and "may now resume distribution and sale of the product. The case has been remanded to the district level for final resolution.
