Kent was a senior managing editor at CNET News. A veteran of CNET since 2003, he reviewed the first iPhone and worked in both the London and San Francisco offices. When not working, he's planning his next vacation, walking his dog or watching planes land at the airport (yes, really).

Editors' note: Until July 22, 10 CNET personalities are showcasing their 10 personal favorite Android apps as part of the CNET 100. With each post, you can read why they hold the apps so dear and you'll get the opportunity to vote for your own favorite title. Then after the series ends, we'll collect the full list of 100 apps and announce the 10 that you, our readers, love the most.

If you've ever read a smartphone review on CNET, chances are Senior Editor Bonnie Cha has written it. From Android, to WebOS to Windows Phone 7 (and even Windows Mobile!), Bonnie has tested the mettle of hundreds of handsets and offered solid advice as to which is the best device for your needs.

Yet, there's lot more to Bonnie than just wireless (as one would hope). You probably know that she's a huge sports fan and that she's an avid surfer, but she's also a bit of a shutterbug and she knows her music players and mobile browsers. Like me, she's not much of a gamer, but she enjoys the occasional memory trainer and she prefers that her ninjas spend their time slicing fruit.
