ClearPhonePro 6.0 is out; Installation glitch and solution

ClearPhonePro 6.0.2 has been released. It features: much faster multi-tasking performance; less time delays; faster audio and video; OS-8 and OS-9 compatible; AOL Instant Messenger install option allows direct calls to ClearPhone; firewall compatible with IPNetRouter and TCP/IP router NAT tables; allows incoming calls through the firewall; and more.

Robert Blumenkranz (of Engineering Consulting) adds: "There are several reports that a file named MPlibrary is missing, causing the installation of ClearPhonePro 6 to stop. This is the problem:

On MacOS 8.6, there is a file is named "Multiprocessing API Library" inside the Multiprocessing folder which is inside the extensions folder. The name does not matter here and there are a few older names with older systems. The ClearPhonePro installer will work regardless of the actual file name. The ClearPhonePro 6 installation will stop if the file named "Multiprocessing Folder" has been deleted from the Extensions folder. Even if you have only one processor, you should not delete this file!
