ClarisWorks and mail merge

ClarisWorks and mail merge

A personal query: My wife was working on a project with ClarisWorks (4.0v5). I could see that a mail merge would simplify the task and offered to set one up for her. It seemed to go well at first. However, when she was done and had a collection of about 50 merge records, she wanted to make some changes specific to the text of some of the resulting merge documents. "Simple enough," I said, "Let's just save the merged documents to disk and you can modify them from there." As it turned out, it was not so simple. I discovered that, while you can print from mail merge, there was no way to save the results to a disk file. This seems like a significant oversight. It ruined the value of the mail merge for my wife's project. If I somehow missed a Save option, or if there is a convenient work-around, I would like to know about it. Thanks.
