Citrix: updates and fixes

CNET staff
With the Citrix ICA Client for Macintosh, local and remote users can access any Windows-based application running on a server.

George Chon reports that a Citrix ICA Macintosh Client 6.0.94 (or 6.0.99, depending upon where you check for the version number) is available. The web page says the software was released "5/8/00" - but this appears to be an error. The software is newer than that date. George adds: "The Read Me file says this new client is only compatible with 9.1 if it is set for thousand or millions of colors, but I've been using it at 256 colors without problems. This version is definitely faster than the version 4.xx client I previously used."

Bryan Diegnan, writing about a previous 6.0.66 release, writes: "Here's a fix for the white boxes and screen redraw problems with the Citrix: update to QuickTime 5. At least it worked for me."
