Celltick scores $10 million

Celltick Technologies said Wednesday it has raised a $10 million second round of funding, led by Jerusalem Venture Partners and Elwin Capital Partners. Elwin will receive a board seat as part of its investment. Herzlia, Israel-based Celltick markets its software to mobile device operators, allowing them to offer their customers content and services that can be accessed with two clicks of the mouse.
