CarbonLib 1.3.1 and Application Menu glitches

Adding to the previously reported problems with CarbonLib 1.3.1, two readers report that it caused< various oddities with Mac OS's Application Menu for them (at least when running Mac OS 8.6).

Ryan Cuthbertson writes: "When you try to tear off the Application Menu, it doesn't work. Version 1.2.5 did not have this problem."

Hans Doeleman adds: "The Application menu no longer shows icons from applications opened after the startup. When CarbonLib 1.3.1 is disabled, the symptom is gone."

Hopefully, CarbonLib 1.4, now available as part of Apple CarbonLib SDK 1.4d5, fixes these bugs.
