C-Loop looks to reinvent the camera strap

The C-Loop is meant to allow photographers easier access to their cameras to capture shots easily, without having to fumble with the strap.

Previously, we saw the BlackRapid R-Strap , which attaches the camera strap to the tripod mount instead of to the sides of the shooter. Now, another start-up is looking to further this idea by introducing the C-Loop.

Like the R-Strap, the C-Loop attaches to the tripod mount of the camera. However, what's different about this contraption is that you are able to use your own camera strap.

According to the inventor, photographer Ivan Wong, the attachment is crafted from high-grade aluminum. The free-wheeling top plate ensures that the loop won't loosen from the mount after extended use. The C-Loop is meant to allow photographers easier access to their cameras to capture shots easily, without having to fumble with the strap.

Check out the video above for more details. And if you're interested in getting the C-Loop, it's up for preorder at $35 here.
