<b>VirtualPC bug with mounting disks

Connectix' VirtualPC appears to have problems locating a floppy disk or a CD-ROM disc if the disk is loaded in the Mac environment prior to launching VirtualPC. At least on a 5300, VirtualPC has problems locating any CD-ROM disc inserted in an external drive. When Ric Martini asked Connectix about this, they replied:

"You are correct that there is a sharing issue involved, wherein if the CD is already mounted on the Mac side, it will be unavailable from the PC sometimes. We have experienced this problem with other people who have more than one CD-ROM drive attached. Hopefully... a fix will be added in a future version of the software."
