In the story above, a man is arrested and threatened with a possible custodial sentence for tweeting whilst frustrated as a nearby airport is closed due to being snowbound. His tweet (admittedly ill-considered) was “Crap! Robin Hood Airport is closed. You’ve got a week… otherwise I’m blowing the airport sky high!”.
I hope I didn't sound too offensive, indecent, obscene or menacing in conveying this story to you!
Not sure if you all had heard or not, but this was news to me- this year’s olympic medals are at least partially created from recycled computer and cell phone components!
This is actually a really interesting video as it not only talks about the green/sustainability efforts involved, but also, about the design concept (aka why are the medals so wavy! lol).
