We have a crazy call from Dwight suggesting Palm and Apple are hooking up. OK that's just crazy, but entertaining. Most entertaining would be the new name of a combined company. Plum, And when youa dd in Bing, you get PlumBing. But Microsoft won't give up Bing right when they launched! And it works well too. we go over that as well.

Hey Buzz Crew,

Just wanted to let Tom know that you actually CAN integrate the new Hulu Desktop application into Windows Media Center and Front Row. Not the cleanest integration, but it does work.

Also, as a side note, the desktop application does allow for much higher quality than the web version and allows for more resources to be used in achieving this.

Hey BOLer’s!

The other day my Mom was watching “Clean House” Which, if you don’t know, is a Show on the Style Channel channel where they go and clean people’s cluttered houses and sell their junk at a garage sale. Anyways the lady who owned the house had a giant collection of CD’s and the clean house team told her that they’d let her rip the CD’s to her computer and than sell them at the garage sale which, after dragging her feet about it, she finally agreed to do. Isn’t that Illegal? And while I have no problem with that really you’d think they wouldn’t say that on a TV show for all to hear.

Love the show!

Hi Buzz Out Loud,

Natalie was talking about getting a Pre and moving from Sprint over to Verizon and dealing with the fees and hassle of having to get a new Pre on Verizon.
Sprint will allow you to unlock your phone once you’ve terminated your service with Sprint. So you could use your Sprint Pre (or phone in general) on another CDMA carrier like Verizon. After you cancel your service with Sprint, contact customer support and they will supply you with a code that unlocks the phone. You can now reactivate the phone on another CDMA carrier. Check out the URLs below.
