Buzz Out Loud 961: Are you smarter than Google?

IBM is creating a computer that will go to battle against contestants on Jeopardy, and we envision an Internet-connected Google computer searching for the answers in real time. Something tells me this computer will be a little bit smarter than that.

Hello Natalie,

You might already know this, but you can get that iPhone mute switch fixed for free! Mine also fell off (this is beginning to sound like a really common problem), and they gave me a new iPhone in exchange at the Apple store. Maybe you can pass this along to German.

Love the show,

Paul

In episode 959 you all seem dismayed that the Pirate Bay lawyers didn't know the judge was on the copyright board. I would say they did know and kept their mouth shut. Why? For this exact outcome:

Innocent--P.R. tagline Pirate Bay found innocent by judge who is on the copyright board
Guilty--P.R. tagline Conflict of interest Pirate Bay gets new trial as the judge was on the copyright board

It's a win win or lose win situation for the Pirate Bay.

Thanks, Love the Show.

Ethan Bateman
