A data cap for one is a money making opportunity for another. As ISP’s start charging for data usage, does it not make sense for those who’s content leads to such usage (netfixs, Hulu, CNET for that matter) should demand a piece of the action? If BOL is causing me to pay extra bucks for the bandwidth, then you guys should get paid too (from the ISP) for providing “”billable”" content.

Is there anything preventing large on-line companies like Facebook or Netflix from demanding a payment from the ISPs? If Facebook were to tell an ISP that they would have to pay per subscriber or else they would block that ISPs users from accessing Facebook, do you think the ISPs would change their minds on Net Neutrality?

Thanks,
