The Internet is profoundly underwhelmed by Apple's announcement that the Beatles catalog will now be available on iTunes. The more germane question, really: where the heck is iOS 4.2? Also, turns out the Kinect (unlike Apple's Beatle announcement) is a runaway hit. Schmidt's not worried about Facebook Messages, and also, the Internet wants to stop the TSA's airport junk-groping. --Molly

“Hi Buzz crew,
I am a longtime listener of BOL. In both episode 1350 and 1351, you mentioned Lenovo’s new hybrid tablet “”Le Pad”". And you guys were making fun of the name… :-)
Although I am not particularly found of the name myself, I understand where the name came from. “”Le”" is definitely not French, it’s Chinese ("?"), and it means “”happy or happiness or laugh”". I wanted email you guys during the weekend after hearing last Friday’s episode, however I thought BT might be able to figure it out on Monday. And he didn’t… :-)
By the way, in this year’s CES, Lenovo also displayed a Android phone named “”Le Phone”" which is the same idea.
Keep up the good work and have a great week!

Here is a link to a CBS news article about attorneys using on-line searches to research profiles of jurors and witnesses.
