If there's one thing we at CNET Australia can never say no to, its hot, freshly baked pizza. The Breville Crispy Crust, RRP AU$169.95, is a device that's all about pizza, claiming authentic brick-oven pizza in a much smaller body. Inside, there are two heating elements, one in the lid and one in the base, and a stone plate for that proper stone-baked texture.

We had a good time with it, and our three pizzas — cheeseburger, Mexican and bruschetta — turned out sublime. But is the pizza oven worth the purchase, when you can get a pizza stone for your oven at just over an eighth of the price?
