Best Buy customers in West Los Angeles will be able to check out the new Windows Store starting today.

The West LA store will be the next Best Buy outlet to provide a home for the new store-within-a-store focused on promoting and selling Microsoft products. The LA store will open at 10 a.m. PT today and will try to lure customers with Windows 8 product demos, food, drinks, a live DJ, and giveaways.

Starting at 3 p.m., the first 200 customers to demo a Windows 8 device in the Windows Store will get a wristband for a chance to meet soccer stars Clint Mathis and Mauricio Cienfuegos, two tickets to an upcoming LA Galaxy game, and a free signed soccer ball. Mathis and Cienfuegos will also make an appearance at the store from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Announced in June, the Best Buy Windows Store offer a variety of Windows PCs and tablets, Windows Phone handsets, Xbox consoles, and Microsoft software. Taking up anywhere from 1,500 to 2,200 square feet, the stores can currently be found in around 200 Best Buy outlets. They're slated to pop up at 500 Best Buy outlets in the U.S. altogether and 100 Best Buy and Future Shop stores in Canada.

Best Buy also offers an online version of the Windows Store.

Correction at 7:40 a.m. PT: The new Windows Store in LA is not Best Buy's first Windows Store.
