Retrospect update Pat Lee (of Dantz) writes: "We just released a driver update for Retrospect 4.0 which works around a problem that users have encountered with older Sony DAT drives on a MESH controlled SCSI bus. It is only a problem if you are using a Sony SDT-1000 through SDT-5200 on a MESH SCSI bus."

GoLive CyberStudio 2 new module From GoLive comes this report: "Some GoLive CyberStudio 2 users reported a problem with their activation key in connection with the number of used licenses. To fix this problem, and to protect other customers from trouble, we added a new module to version 2.

Rick Chin describes his own work-around for what appears to be the same (or similar) issue: "The CyberStudio 2 installer may not remove an older version of the SCLSharedLib, a required extension for CyberStudio. The result is two copies of SCLSharedLib with different names (mine were SCLSharedLib 1.0.92 and SCLSharedLib 1.1), which produces an error message when CyberStudio 2 is launched. The message says, 'There are too many licenses on this net' and then the application quits. Removing the older copy solves the problem."
