Warner Bros. unveiled the first full trailer for "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" at Comic-Con 2015 today, July 11.

The plot of the movie looks to be in line with what we'd already guessed. Batman seems to have taken it personally that Superman's fight with fellow Kryptonian Zod at the end of ""="" shortcode="link" asset-type="article" uuid="cf6105c0-4b82-44dd-b422-1999e75b2395" slug="if-you-think-batman-v-superman-is-too-dark-heres-man-of-steel-in-colour" link-text="2013's " section="news" title="If you think 'Batman v Superman' is too dark, here's 'Man of Steel' in colour" edition="us" data-key="link_bulk_key" api="{"id":"9fc29cd2-f746-41dc-a48a-354cdccfc9fb","slug":"batman-v-superman-dawn-of-justice-trailer-leaks-early","contentType":null,"edition":"us","topic":{"slug":"culture"},"metaData":{"typeTitle":null,"hubTopicPathString":"Culture","reviewType":null},"section":"news"}"> leveled the city. So he picks a fight, and they set about destroying much of the city in the process.

Henry Cavill reprises his role as the Man of Steel, joined by Ben Affleck as Batman, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Jeremy Irons as Alfred and Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor.

There was no sign of Jason Momoa or Ezra Miller in the trailer, who are set to play Aquaman and the Flash respectively.

This trailer is far less coy about the main plotline than the teaser trailer, and much more is hinted at. Get ready to catch glimpses of a snarky Lex Luthor (with hair), Superman's adoptive mother Martha Kent giving him some questionable advice, Wonder Woman's explosive jewelry and a desert-guerilla Batman being subdued by troops with Superman's insignia on their fatigues.

Also interesting is the amount of Batman footage in the trailer. Last time audiences saw Bruce Wayne on screen, it was Christian Bale sipping espresso with Anne Hathaway's Selina Kyle.

Between some shots of the Batman in action, a criminal with a bat-shaped brand, a certain mugging-gone-wrong outside a theatre and some serious voiceover work from Irons' Alfred, it looks like "Dawn of Justice" will spend more than a little time focusing on Affleck's version of the caped crusader before he tangles with Superman.

And if that's not quite enough Dark Knight to fill your night, earlier this week it was also announced that Ben Affleck will be taking up the cape and cowl again in a solo Batman flick. He's set to direct with DC Comics chief creative officer Geoff Johns on board to co-write the screenplay, Deadline is reporting.

"Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" will be released next year on March 24 in Australia and March 25 in the UK and US. Check out the trailer below.
