<b>Apple shuts down its ftp seeding site

Apple Developers have been able to download pre-release versions of software from a special ftp site. No more. Apple mailed the following to its developers today: "Apple Developer Relations has chosen to immediately shut down our FTP seeding server due to serious violations against the Apple Seeding Projects Prototype License and Confidentiality Agreement (NDA) by some developers in the Apple Technology Seeding Program. We apologize for the inconvenience this causes those of you who have respected the terms of the NDA. The server will remain closed until further notice. Seeding Program participants will continue to receive software via the monthly Apple Technology Seed CD."
