Finding a Facebook friend for a benefits-only rendezvous is now more convenient than ever with the hump day release of the Bang With Friends mobile apps for iPhone and Android.

Bang With Friends (Official) for Android and BWF (Official) for iPhone arrived Wednesday to help Facebook members discreetly facilitate hook-ups from their smartphones.

The Facebook-connected application first arrived on the Web in January and has around 1 million one-night-stand seekers. And though its founders remain anonymous, Bang With Friends is reportedly close to securing $1 million in funding.

The new mobile apps work like the Web service and allow people to sign in with Facebook to pick a friend for some afternoon delight. Selections remain anonymous until two people pick each other. At that point, the frisky parties receive e-mail notifications of their mutual desire. On mobile, however, Bang With Friends users can select a new "Up for Hang" option to indicate that they might be open to a fully clothed gathering.

Ready to knock boots with a buddy? Just be prepared to deal with a little extra friction and a few misfires. Some early application reviewers are complaining that the mobile apps return an error when they attempt to connect with Facebook, while others find that they accidentally select the "Down to Bang" option when just trying to swipe through friends' Facebook photos.
