Assorted Toast issues: Authoring support follow-up; CDDB lookup no longer working in version 4

Titanium 5 and Authoring Support In a follow-up to our previous coverage of Toast and the Authoring Support Update, Richard Outerbridge writes: "The Toast v5.01 update Read Me warns that if you install or update Authoring Support after installing the Toast v5.01 update, you have to manually disable the FireWire Authoring Support and USB Authoring Support extensions in order for Toast to work properly."

CDDB stops working with Toast 4.12 When attempting to name the tracks in a new CD, Toast responds with an error (presumably generated from CDDB) that Adaptec hasn't relicensed the service and that its unavailable. Unfortunately, users are now left without the feature in Toast. Note that CDDB has changed their name to Gracenote. (Thanks, Ann Marie Byrd.)
