AppleShare IP Registry 6.3.1 fixes Web & File server startup bug

AppleShare IP Registry 6.3.1 looks in the Users & Groups Data File for the application to launch in order to start the Web & File server. When a previous version of AppleShare IP is upgraded to AppleShare IP 6.3, the AppleShare IP Registry can no longer find the correct application to launch, and thus the Web & File server cannot start up at system startup time (see previous MacFixIt item). The AppleShare IP Registry 6.3.1 update fixes this.
