AppleShare Client 3.7.2: Typo in Read Me file re AutoRemounter version

Two readers (Steve Hart and Bill Cheeseman) both noted that the Read Me file for AppleShare Client 3.7.2 (see previous item) states that the AutoRemounter control panel should be updated to version 1.4.2. However, it remained at version 1.2.5 after they installed the update.

Apple's Leland Wallace replies: "This is a typo in the Read Me file. The AutoRemounter update should update the AutoRemounter Control Panel to 1.2.4. If you have 1.2.5 it should leave it alone. In any case it will not update the AR on Mac OS 8 machines (Mac OS 8 ships with AR 1.2.5)."
