O'Grady's PowerPage has a statement from Connectix that says that the Apple Guide slow-down in which RAM Doubler has been implicated (see MacFixIt's previous item on this) is more likely a general extended memory issue. That is, Apple's virtual memory will cause the same problem. This puts it in the same category as the other virtual memory related slow-downs we have noted here.
