Aperture 1.5.3 (#2): Scrollbars missing; Cannot access Aperture library in iPhoto, other apps; speed improvements

Scrollbars missing Some users have reported an issue where scrollbars for changing placement in images sometimes go missing after the update to Aperture 1.5.3.

In some cases, simply resizing the window causes the scrollbars to reappear.

Cannot access Aperture library in iPhoto, other apps Some users have reported an issue where they are unable to access the Aperture library from iPhoto and other iApps after updating to version 1.5.3.

MacFixIt reader Masaki writes:

"I just installed 1.5.3 update to Aperture and can't access my Aperture library in iWeb or iDVD anymore to publish blogs or making DVDs."
