AOL privacy leak claims CTO, two others

AOL says its chief technology officer, Maureen Govern, is "resigning," while in the fallout from the release of 600,000 members' search records. AOL CEO Jon Miller told employees in an e-mail that the employees "did not exercise good judgment" in releasing the users' search data, which was thinly veiled by replacing names and usernames with ID numbers. Wow, corporate responsibility up to and including the executive level? Unheard of!
