AOL on Tuesday launched a blog Web site devoted to the November election. The site, dubbed The Stump, features blogs on key political races and issues of the 2006 mid-term elections.

The blogs are written by political strategists, educational leaders, local radio personalities, citizen journalists and others, AOL said in a statement.

Headlines on The Stump include: "Ted Kennedy Compared to Jeb Bush," "More GOP Corruption?" and "Taking God Into the Voting Booth This Year?"

AOL's other blog and interactive forum sites include BloggingStocks, FanHouse for college and professional sports fans, the Daily Pulse Blog and The Feed.
