AirPort 1.3.1 install glitch solved
The AirPort 1.3.1 installation error we reported yesterday, the cryptic AirPort Setup Assistant could not be opened because CfgOpenTpt could not be found message, is probably caused by one or more disabled extensions. Magnus Helin writes:
"The error is caused by a missing Network Setup Extension (and/or possibly its companion Network Setup Scripting, which should be in Scripting Additions folder). Most likely some users disabled the extension believing it wasn't necessary, seeking a more streamlined system. However the extensions should not be removed if you're running AirPort since it is required by AirPort base station admin and the setup assistant."
