Foxtel has further expanded the range of sports available on its Foxtel Go service, announcing that the 2013 AFL season will be available live, starting with the Geelong vs. Essendon game, kicking off at 7.30pm AEST, 6 May 2013.

The content will be available to all Foxtel customers with the sports package as part of their subscription.

Foxtel said the offering will include a new channel called Footy Play+ that will be used if more than one Live AFL game is on at the same time.

In addition to live games, commentary programs such as AFL Insider and On the Couch will also be available.
