ACTION Utilities conflicts with Dreamweaver

CNET staff
Kevin Wolff writes: "I confirmed with MacroMedia tech support that there is a conflict with ACTION Menus and Dreamweaver 3. Dreamweaver gives 'system running low on memory, please allocate more...' messages repeatedly after launching (no matter how much RAM is assigned). to fix this, the ACTION Menus extension must be disabled (not just turned off). Also, ACTION Files causes certain entries in the File menu to be grayed out that shouldn't be. Same workaround as above." Update: Michael Johnson counters: "I found that simply adding Dreamweaver to the ACTION Menus compatibility list in the control panel eliminated all memory error messages I was experiencing. Disabling the extension was not necessary."
