AAA resolving Mac site accessibility issues

AAA resolving Mac site accessibility issues

CNET staff

We previously noted problems accessing the AAA (American Automobile Association) with Macs, particularly from within Apple's Safari browser. An anonymous MacFixIt reader has now received word that repairs have taken place. A letter from the AAA reads:

"Thank you for contacting our office regarding problems with accessing our website using your Apple Mac computer. We recently took steps to solve any problems you may encounter and we believe we have found and resolved all those issues, however there still may be some areas that we did not find or resolve. If you have discovered a problem we are not aware of, please provide as much information regarding the incident as possible. The information we are requesting consists of the model of the machine, the version of the operating system, the browser you are using and, if possible, screen shots of the errors. We will continue to test all new functionality using both Windows-based PC's and the Mac."
