Summary The available documents at the time of this reveiw are very basic without any detailed instructions on how to obtain the sharecenter functionality listed by the manufacturer (DLink).
It has the worst customer support that I have ever seen. DLink has outsourced the support to India. When you talk with the customer support representatives they have no clue what you are talking about. I asked for the utitility software for DNS 325, they provided me the other DLink product software. When I asked them about the software compatibility. They said the two devices are compatible, but the utility software was not compatible with DNS 325.
I also called to ask how to setup the FTP server. First, the representative verify my phone number in case line was disconnected, and then he told me I can transfer file within my home network, but not from out side. When I told him that FTP server is the file transfer protocol between any computer within WWW, the representitive suddenly hanged. Then, they never call me back.
