Pros decent product, until something goes wrong
Cons Toshiba Support.
Need I say more? if it breaks, it's going to cost you, they don't provide help for nothing.
Summary Buy another brand,
Pros Very fast, lots of cool new features, touch screen, 3 usb ports, cd/dvd drive
Cons OH MY GOD did I just die waiting for this computer to start-up?
Summary The computer it self is awesome super fast, touchscreen, runs windows 8. BUT since the first day I had it it took 5 minutes to boot up. My 8 year old computer that it was replacing takes less time then that!!! Also it is 5 or 6lbs but that is my fault because I needed a CD drive and wasn't willing to pay extra for a light weight computer. (Don't judge me too harshly!) I let all that go because the rest of the computer was great and it had all the requirements I needed like A TON of RAM and a TB of memory. After 2 months of having it the battery would only charge to 80% I called Toshiba for help and they suggested I restore to factory settings. After 2 months? Are you kidding me? Well needless to say I am returning it and will be getting something smaller and lighter (sans CD drive the people were right no one needs one anymore)
Pros yah, that right
Cons yah, that's right
Summary There is a much better laptop offer that no one is reporting nor is there any reviews on. Toshiba offers a Satellite s75-A7222 for $999 at cost-co that has 16GB RAM and 1TB HDD. I don't understand why no one is raving about it.There is a much better laptop offer that no one is reporting nor is there any reviews on. Really it's a much nicer computer.
