I should've done my investigation on c-net before going to BEST BUY after returning two back from dell n hp elsewhere. I was not informed that these were "REFURBISHED' laptops of which they assured me they were just 'a few months old'! and nothing else. please if you plan on making a major purchase of any kind go to this web page n search before buying otherwise you will end you will end up like many of us who purchased this the same day i did and not know it is refurbished :( money is hard to come by and to make a major purchase of this kind we should all be more informed before heading out to any store.......
