Pros Cheap, works
Cons can't launch missiles remotely
Summary Wanna launch missiles at other countries while playing WOW, streaming music, and pirating movies all at the same time? This laptop isn't for you! But, then again, if you wanted to do all that, why would you be looking at a $400 laptop? I can get on the internet, watch movies, and play music. I send out the occasional email while I'm doing my homework. If I'm out and about and I need to get some work done, my laptop always works.
You want a personal account? One time, I was sitting in a study room at school writing a paper on my laptop. I got bored, so I check my Facebook and watched a couple youtube videos. After that, I checked out a couple vids on the onion news network. Finally, I piped some music through to my headphones to get hyped enough to finish my paper. On the weekends, I use Eclipse IDE to write Java code on it. I also use it to write front-end and back-end web programs.
With that said, if you need a cheap laptop, this is fine. If you wanna play unreal tournament, use your desktop.

Pros Does everything i ask it to. Price
Cons None that i have found yet.
Summary The video review talks about games, movies and other issues that most who are looking for budget laptop dont care about. This laptop whouldn't be held to the same metric as other laptop csoting double. if this is an ultrabudget model then judge this based upon the class that its in. Does it do what its supposed to do? Does it satisfy its intended audience. The answer to both is yes. This is an entry level, internet surfer, good enough video player and perfect for students or anyone who doesnt need any of the high end requirements the reviewer spoke about. Its as perfect as a $349 laptop has a right to be. Unless my needs change, I would definately buy another.
Pros Low price, big screen, super multi-drive and 10 key pad
Cons Bigger than what I wanted for portability but at this price I couldnt pass it up.
Summary Best in this price range. I got it out the door with tax a Best Buy for $351.42! About what a crappy netbook would be that would not even have a cd/dvd drive at all.I bought this to replace my crappy HP dv2000 series that finally overheated and fried the motherboard. I bought it in 2006 for $750.00 and it only had a dual core as well. This Toshiba does EVERYTHING the HP did only better with a super multi-drive to boot. Also, this thing runs super cool meaning its NEVER warm to the touch much less HOT. Not quite the best for portability but a super value as your main computer for at home use. In this price range, you cant go wrong!
Pros gets on the net (not fast but gets there), big screen, decent battery (keep it plugged in most all the time but when i unplug it, it last for a few hours)
Cons i hate where the mouse thouch thingy is placed--right in the way where my hand touch it while i type, slooow, lags, web cam pics are terrible,
Summary Though this is faster then my virus infected desktop dell computer, its not much... It often times takes forever for internet pages to load, and the mouse touch pad thing is right in the way when I am typing, wouldn't be a prob if it wasn't so sensitive... Not a bad computer for the price but the webcam is not good, not that i use it... Works well for getting on facebook, playing facebook games, googling, and research, not a powerhouse though.... The big screen is nice though...
Pros I have this laptop and I handle many laptops of all makes at work, and let me tell you this Toshiba is a great product for the price!! It streams Netflixs, Hulu, ect. with no problem. Does it do games, of course not it's not a gaming laptop. The buil
Cons The only cons I have are the speakers are weak, could be a lot better and I would have liked an HDMI output other than that no other complaints.
Summary Bottom line: Would I buy this laptop again?, YES without a doubt.
