"BIGGEST PIECE OF CRAP I EVER OWNED."

1 stars  | on by wsherman

Pros

UMM....BIG SCREEN....

Cons

HEAVY, EXPENSIVE, CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS, BREAKS DOWN WEEKLY, YOU HAVE TO KEEP SHIPPING IT TO THE DEPOT TO GET IT FIXED, CONSTANT ERROR MESSAGES.

Summary

REPLACED HD ONCE, MOTHER BOARD CRASHED TWICE, GRAPHICS CARD CRASHED ONCE AND ITS ATTACHED TO THE MOTHER BOARD...SO I'VE REPLACED THAT 3 TIMES. I'VE HAD THE COMPUTER FOR ABOUT A YEAR AND A HALF...RUN....RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN.

Summary

Out of two years this computor has not been operational for more than 8 months most of the time its down. Toshiba should be charged with obtaining money under false pretences. DO NOT BUY TOSHIBA Im going back to Dell or Apple

I loved my Qosmio desperately for the 14 months it lasted. Then the graphics caved in and the card is embedded in the motherboard, which makes it an expensive repair to replace the lot. It's just out of warranty, and I was told by Toshiba, "Electronics these days aren't made to last!" A friend has one sitting in the corner with the same problem.

Save your money and buy elsewhere.
