Pros Small, compact, great looking screen, good processing speed, great features in small footprint.

Cons The fragile LCD screen is not covered by the warranty, and costs $727 to repair. Sony Support is totally confused and unable to deal with routine inquiries.

Cons Quality: Speaker didnt work after one month of use, dvd and cd drive didnt work half the itme after 6 months, it overheated and shut down perpetually after 10 months of use. support: there was lots of talk, i kept calling and they kept putting me on hold

Pros Great battery life - even with standard battery. Size is perfect for flying, even in a coach seat!

Cons Keyboard is very cramped. Sound from speakers is pitiful. Headphone volume does not go high enough.

Cons I use this sexy to take notes in most of my classes. Some classrooms' desks are too small that force me to set the laptop on my lap! After 10 mins, my left lap starts to feel the heat of CPU/HDD, good in winter, bad in summer. Can't expect a good speaker
