Summary I have had this laptop since the end of June. I am a YouTuber and University student and have used this laptop(256 gig model) for both purposes and have found it enjoyable to use with the springy keyboard, responsive track pad, amazing sound quality, and performance. This laptop replaced my Asus ROG g74sx-a1 laptop and has dramatically cut the weight I carry to and from school.
I know CNET always feels that the new PC's need touch screens but I completely disagree. Touchscreens are kryptonite to gamers as we would never use them and that would just increase the price. The display is great as the 1600x900 display increase performance and the matte screen has caused no color distortion to me, I have 20-20 vision without glasses. The computer boots in less than 4 seconds and the battery on this lasts anywhere from 3-7 hours in my daily usage. Overall I love my Razer Blade and would recommend it to anyone looking for a stunning laptop that boasts a powerhouse underneath.
