"Great inking & battery, perfect professional companion"

5 stars  | on by jarcraig

Pros

-n-trig inking is really good compared to prev.
-battery life is amazing, charge it at night, last you all day
-very light and rubberized back make it feel good in hand
-very bright screen with wide viewing angle
-no fan, ssd, no moving parts

Cons

-the compromize to battery life is performance, not going to do gaming or HD video on here
-camera is lack luster indoors

Summary

Set your expectations right (checking email, taking notes in meetings, views meeting materials like docs & power point, browsing web) and you'll be very happy.

Expect laptop like performance and you'll be disappointed.

Expect laptop like performance and you'll be disappointed.

It is a netbook without a keyboard and touch screen, a bit on the pricey side, but excellent portability and cool factor.

Just need to get more of these types of devices out there to increase competition, lower prices, spur innovation. Also hoping more touch friendly Windows 7 apps are created for the slate/tablet world.

Great job Fujitsu!

"Great as a business tablet with good security features."

3 stars  | on by Bob_Villamor

Pros

Good inking, great battery life, swapable battery, good viewing angles, light yet very robust, responsive touch (after a little calibration).

Cons

No place for digitizer (except for a little string that makes it dangle on the tablet)when not in use, power input on bottom makes it unwieldy to use on a stand case while plugged in, lack of a microphone jack, only one USB port, weak speakers.

Summary

Set your expectations right about this device as it will never be a gaming computer. For business, this is a good companion for your primary computer since it's handy and very well built. Already dropped mine once and it still works perfectly with not even a scratch on the unit. Availability of accessories may sometimes be a problem though depending on where you are (had difficulties getting a Fujitsu folio case but luckily managed to get an after-market one from Case Logic). Could have done better though with a more powerful processor. It's pricier than other tablets in its class, but if you're after a solidly built one, I'd recommend this highly.
