This is the worse computer I have ever owned. The hard drive crashed after 6 months. The warranty covered a new hard drive but not the same as the factory unit. Also the tech who installed the hard drive wouldn't reinstall windows 7 that came on the computer originally, Or would he install the drivers. When I called Dell they told me this how it works. I explained I bought the extended warranty. I was told they did their job by replacing the hard drive. I had to spend 2 days doing all the updates and re-installs. 2 month later the XPS702 has serious latency problems. The computer sounds like you get a lot of bang for your buck, But don't be fooled this computer is low end. Don't waste you hard earned money.
I will NEVER own another Dell computer.
