Cons Trim piece broke right out of the box. Needs to be shipped to depot for repair. Does not include a VGA port or a DVI-D port, so you can't connect to an external monitor unless you get the adapter from Dell. Cons The chiclet keyboard leaves a lot to be desired and placement of the trackpad in regard to the keyboard can cause some issues. Typing can be an adventure with obvious driver quirks. Cons I had a diagnoses ran by tech he said I had 4 viruses the Mcafee could not detect, He showed them to me and then said it was 119.00 to remove. Cons -Chrome trim is cheap and detracts from high end feel.
-Small panel on the left side has come a little loose (Dell is sending a technician for free though to fix it)

Cons - Gets heated very fast
- Cheap shiny plastic on the side + non perfect keyboard
- Not robust
- Must place it ALWAYS on the table (not on a blanket or your lap) or it will shut down
- The lit doesn't close 100%

Cons No numbers pad and the speakers are not great. But the real problem is customer service. It's a real problem that should not be ignored.

Cons xps 15z with SSD are faulty (I've had 3 all with the same hibernate problem). Check Dells own forums for evidence.

Cons The screen is EXTREMELY fragile. I cracked my display sitting at my desk simply reaching up to the upper left hand corner to pull it down & close it.
